At Woolen Jacket, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. A product is eligible only if:

  • It is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • It is in the original packaging
  • All tags and labels are still attached
  • You have a valid proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn jackets
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Return Process

To start a return, contact our support team at: support@woolenjacket.com (replace with your email).

Once your return request is approved:

  • Ship the item back to our returns address (we will provide the address in the approval email)
  • Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

4. Refund Method

After inspection and approval of the returned product:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–7 business days from the date of approval

5. Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If your jacket arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
