1. How do I track my order?
Enter your Order ID and Billing Email in the form above, then click Track to view the latest updates.
2. I entered my details but the order is not showing. What should I do?
Please ensure your Order ID and Billing Email are correct. If the issue continues, contact us at support@woolenjacket.com.
3. My tracking link shows no updates. Why?
Courier tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. This is normal and depends on the courier’s scanning process.
4. My order shows “Completed,” but I haven’t received it yet.
“Completed” usually means the order has been shipped. Please check the courier link or contact us if delivery is delayed.
